So this would be before WCW chained themselves together and marched on downtown, violated their sound permit and tried to remove a handcuffed individual from the BPD by force?
I read somewhere that no protestors reported injuries, but that police officers had bruises and sprained fingers.
WCW has an amazing and uncanny skill for finding the moral high road, and avoiding it.

Right - this is at about 11:30am. They got a boost a little later when the high school kids let out for lunch. The arrests were at about 4:00.
