2:22 M/F Povl Anker collided with Blenheim lighthouse in 1987 and damn near sank. The damage was severe below the waterline. The starboard propellershaft snapped when hitting the foundation of the lighthouse and was kept in place by the starboard rudder :) Passengers and crew where about to abandon ship but it was saved at the very last minute by a very determined crew. The ship still exists today and has been in Bornholmstrafikkens ownership since it was built in 1979...
