Sega basically had a horrible PR department, I mean the only advertising I saw for the dreamcast was around its launch, beyond that, not a lot, the playstation 2 had very aggressive marketing, plus sony was offering deep discounts on the PS2 through retailers if you traded in your dreamcast. Superior system, yes, broadband support? too late in the game, they should have priced a slightly more expensive model for broadband. Would have made a good lan party system.

Instead they totally botched it.

i prefer this over jet set radio future, the timer makes it more intense and the arrows when you spray makes it more difficult to tag everything, and i like how you can go faster by holding the right trigger instead having to use 10 cans for a boost dash

I swear man, I dunno why the Dreamcast sold so bad compared to Playstation and N64. The Dreamcast was not only ahead of it's time, but had some of the most unique games at the time. C'mon, Jet Grind Radio, Power Stone, Sonic Adventures... countless instant classics but Dreamcast crumbled so soon. They don't make games like this anymore... too much "HEAD SHOT BIATCH" games dominating the market and remakes of classics. We need innovation again.

the reason why is that Jet grind radio for the dreamcast, was produced as Jet set radio in Japan. Jet grind radio was the name for the game when it was released in America. however i dont know why they didnt continue using grind instead of set.
