Absolutely wrong, it must be Chef's own version. I suggest that he downloads some videos from you tube on how to make chapli kebabs. He has no clue how they are made and this is suppose to be the signature dish of the Restaurant.
yes chapli kebabs originates from Afghanistan and the tribal belt of Pakistan, in others words its a pakhtun dish. Anyway this recipe is far from authentic but thanks for the upload anyway.
Sorry but noway near the authentic Chaplin kebab at peshawar where we have eaten they have mince not very fine like this bloke,I can't see any tomato here wher they have loads of tomato
