Im so sick of non CDL holding drivers bitching about professional drivers when they probably have no clue how to drive ...... something as simple as spliting gears is over their head let alone how to make a turn without wipeing out 4 ignorant ass 4 wheelers

It's a lot easier and safer to make a U-turn that to go fuck around in a plaza or side streets with no clue where you're going or what you're getting yourself into.

here, we go again,,another vid of a "dumb trucker" doin something stupid..posted by a person whos apparently uneducated in the truck driving aspect of life,this u-turn is/was safe&legal,the only illegal u-turn is doin one where there is a sign thats posted sayin "no u-turns"check your drivin manual its in there,i know ive done this several times,we get into places that we have no idea when theyll be adequate space to turn around,so we take the nxt opportunity to do so,this vid is stupid!

As a trucker you don't have the convenience of pulling into a store lot to turn around so you have to make judgement calls and I for one will not drive miles and miles hoping for a place to turn around so you pick a spot, make sure its feasible and turn around.

i did this 3 days ago in front of a city cop at the corner, he didn't seem to mind plus the next empty lots was miles away.

In the U.S., this is illegal with very few exceptions. The fact there are so many U.S. truckers on here who say otherwise says all anyone needs to know about how negligent and incompetent the trucking industry is in the U.S.

It's one of the easiest jobs out there with the simplest rules to follow and these losers can't even get those right.

OP... next time, try to get a good shot of the information written on the side of the truck and send the FMCSA a link through their complaints website.

@Ghost0630 by that comment you sure can tell you know nothing about the trucking industry. why dont you give it a shot, i would be willing to bet that you couldnt last a week out here. why dont you start by finding a FMC safety regulations book and read through that, we have to know that stuff. and yes i do know it. not only that but all the little local laws that are not in the book, you should know what your talking about before you say something otherwise your just making an ass of yourself.
