I think the sharpness in remote viewing comes from - increased levels of immersion and focus in the delta + theta + low alpha combination state. Thereby the images are extremely sharp and vivid. As for how to avoid negative energies and to transmute them - try mantra yoga. Here's a good mantra - Om rhing rhang raksha raksha 'goraksha - repeat this mantra for 2 minutes and then try remote viewing. It is from kriya yoga.
I want you to know that I have tried remote viewing reptilians, and I saw one. He sat in the darkness and made hissing sounds. He probably noticed me. I felt sick and started sweating and yeah felt generally crappy and a lot of negative emotions that are not fully compatible with humans came my way. Then I remote viewed a different alien with very human features and I felt very different, very calm but also very energetic. Yesterday I remote viewed Venus, on the 3rd density its like NASA said.
Whoa your videos are awesome. Yesterday I remote viewed both Venus and Mars. Venus has several layers of clouds and all of them are visibly moving as seen from the surface, and it rains and sounds like a rainy jungle without any birds, and a very high temperature, partly highly eroded surface, partly very rough. atmosphere distorts a lot! Mars is much more quieter, but the sand storms are very cool... visualize a cloud of sand that looks grey-orange disposing itself at an almost visible pace.
When I remote viewed the planets Venus and Mars with their surfaces, I heard VERY FAST TRAVELING THUNDER SOUNDS, which are caused by the fact that the atmosphere is so thick and dense that it is like Earth's ocean bottoms, with sound thereby traveling noticeably faster than on Earth.

The ones that I saw, and that I communicated with, look a little different. The neck is a little longer, eyes smaller. The mouth is much smaller and they have two holes for nostrils. The chin is long but not pointed more rounded.

Go and check the youtube - Silva Mind control. There's a posting by someone who is able to do remote viewing. The best book is by Tim Rifat and called 'Remote Viewing' but it takes a LOT of concentration and diligent practice. I have not been able to accomplish it, but I believe it can be achieved.

Actually yes things can affect you in that dimension especially reptilians. They have developed technology which can be used to capture souls attempting to astral project to their bases or wherever else. It's a good idea for this guy to stay safe rather than risk too much looking around reptilian handled areas.
yes, i have been trying but my technique is flawed. i dont believe we have an individual soul, but an extension of the big one. when i tap in i feel ALL of it, nut just me. i just dont have enough control (i am guessing i am too connected to the physical.) to really get me anywhere.

So are the 4th dimensional aliens different from the 3 dimensional ones that abduct and experiment on people?
I often wondered about the differences and how some can exist in this dimension and others cant.

easiest method i suggest is count down from a 100 visualizing the numbers all the way to 1
more you practice you'll realize the less you have to count
