Say what is that tiny snare of yours that I see in many of your recent videos?

@Wade0Nixon I just finished replacing the resonant head on the popcorn snare with an Aquarian Classic Clear head, had a lot of trouble with the snare strainer but managed, and WOW what a difference! I thought the drum sounded nice before, but it has a completely different tone now, much better! I couldn't be happier with it :3

I actually have a lot of respect for Stagg. They really do make some nice cymbals are youre are an example of that!

@Wade0Nixon That's good :) Indeed they do! They have a good range of cymbal series, with this one being one of their less versatile types, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. That would be a Griffin 10x6 popcorn snare drum. Best $50 I ever spent, never seen a snare that cheap with 9 plies of maple! It has a really snappy, open tone, and the Aquarian Texture Coated head it has on in this video that I got today sounds pretty sweet, at least I think so.

@drummer123apple I'll give them awhile to see if I start to warm up to em but at the moment I kind of prefer more traditional sounding hats. They do pick up a bit more in the mix than the Wuhans which is very good. I also slapped a new Aquarian Texture Coated head on the snare before making this video, love how it sounds!
