  • wtf is with the into my shit was on blast from this low vol youtube vid i was watching and BAM , was almost gonna lose an ear

  • Could I put a second Fan on the Radiator like Hydro h80? becouse if i install this cooler i must take off the default and I don't know where ould i put it...

  • 1:54 no termal paste???

  • @Phillip1410 there is thermal past on the cooler

  • Funciona na ASUS M5A97 EVO?

  • Hello everyone!

    I just purchased a Corsair H60 fan.

I followed the instruction got everything set up and it sounds like the fan is running, but I am not getting any video on my monitor.

Everything was fine before I installed the fan, so could the fan be causing in issue with the monitor or video card?

Here are the specs of my computer:

    Asus Essentio Six-Core Gaming Desktop

    You ordered 1 Asus Essentio CG1330-07 AMD Phenom II X6 2.7GHz, 8GB DDR3, 1TB SATA3, 1GB ATI 5450, HDMI, Win 7HP64

    Thanks!

  • @rep217folife - im not an expert but it must be your video card or monitor, just check everything is connected. Connect something else to your monitor to rule that out.

  • @rep217folife I think you just shorted your motherboard. D:

  • @rep217folife Howdy... I noticed that not only did you upgrade your heat sink for your processor, but you also upgraded your Graphics card as well. I should point out that while you are upgrading don't forget about your power needs as well. Your graphics card should have a minimum power need so I recommend to checking both the card requirements and your power supply and see if perhaps that's the reason its not booting up the way it should.

  • hang on wheres the water in it i thought it was a liquid one?

  • @MrTeamTactical pre filled

  • Would this also work with a case that has a back rear 140mm fan?

  • I know this may be stupid question but were does the Radiator fan pump power go? CHA_FAN or CPU_FAN? and what about the power to the pump on CPU were's that power go??????

  • @DoubleSlayerXXX look at 2:00 to 2:10 it has 2 connectors 1 for the fan and 1 for the pump :D

  • @DoubleSlayerXXX I don't have this but looking at the video i think the Radiator would be the CPU_Fan and the Fan attached to the Chassis is CHA_Fan

  • @DoubleSlayerXXX The fan should go the CPU_FAN, while the pump unit must go to the CHA_FAN. Reason here is that CPU fan speed is controlled by the motherboard so the speed varies with the CPU temperature. This is good for the fan. But for the radiator, you do NOT want to varies its speed. You want it to run at a constant max power, so always go to the chassis fan power source, CHA FAN in your case, or directly to a molex cable with 3 pin connector. Never ever connect the pump to the CPU fan port

  • Would this work with a ASUS P8P67 Deluxe LGA 1155 mother board?

  • @TheMrVolcom1 Yes I have the motherboard, it came in mail today and fits perfectly =)

  • How cool will this one keep my 2500K if i overclock it? its now running stock 3.7Ghz at Max 62C (10 minutes of prime small FFT) how high can i go? and what is the max safe temp. for the 2500K? im using it in the CM Storm Enforcer on an ASUS Sabertooth P67 board..

  • @Buttfuckbysquirl What? Are you using a stock fan? My AMD x4 980 only gets to 53C in prime95 and I've overclocked mine to 4.3ghz. (that's just with a push pull fan system)

  • @TheAgnostiic no im using the H60 i meant stock 3.7Ghz frequency

  • @Buttfuckbysquirl If you have to ask, I wouldn't overclock.

  • @Hateyouutubification no? why not?

  • @Hateyouutubification 1. Overclocking voids the warranty. 2. Overclocking without proper knowledge can pose a potential fire hazard (no I'm not kidding). 3. I wouldn't rely on strangers on youtube (including myself) to give you reliable information.

  • I love this song

  • Fucking retards commenting.

  • Does anyone know how to clean this thing ?

It has some dust in it, and I need to clean it..

  • @AdayDr1en when you open it the water will come out.. how will you "clean and refill" it?

is it really dirty? how do you know this?

    buy a new one? :)

  • @weafam what are you talking about ?

There is no water in this cooler, it's self-contained -_-

  • @AdayDr1en woth what do you think its COOLED?

    PUMPED AIR?

  • @weafam through a rdiator which recycles the Air you jackass.

  • @AdayDr1en XDDDD there is coolant inside :D

    google it -.-''

  • @AdayDr1en It's a Liquid Cooler you dumbass

    I have the H100

  • @deadroo -_-

  • @AdayDr1en owned xD

  • im building a custom pc and just asking if i should go whif water or air cooling, im not overclock it much maybe from 3.3 Ghz to maybe 4.Ghz sooo do i need water cooling or can i go aircooling... and also, how long does the h60 hold up, wear out? hope someone can help!

  • Does this work on socket am3+

  • @ThePokeOS Yes. I just installed an H60 on a Crosshair V / AM3+ / FX 8150 system.

  • @ThePokeOS Yes it does. It comes with 2 clips.

  • Corsair Vengeance Modules <3

  • i for got to ask you, do i have to tighten the cpu cooling pars as TIGHT AS POSSIBLE thanks again

  • do i need thermal paste please respond soon and does it come with the coolant/water is it noisy i'm thinking of buying it. what if a leak happens. do i need a reservoir thank you for the help

  • @RoseMarryThea It comes with pre applied thermal paste. it comes with coolant already in it. I just got mine today. Installation was very easy. You do not need a reservoir and I hope it doesn't leak. Just be careful when screwing on the fan and radiator, make sure you have it in the right holes.

  • my fucking radiator is touching my graphics card

  • where is the pump? is it in the cooling unit??

  • @oldschoolkillaOG

yea the pump and block are one assembly...

  • @UltraVert ah ok, thx

  • @chuggerboom1 Dude u dont need it at 1.36v... Lower it to like 1.32 volts and enjoy lower temps

  • umm im getting this fan but im not sure how to install the fan.

do i let it exhaust out air as usaul or intake air i dont get it :L

  • @Filoz64 These are supposed to be used as an intake, so that the air passing through the radiator is as cool as possible, but mae sure you have an outtake fan somewhere

  • I can't believe how dumb i have been doh! At first i connected the pump to the CPU fan and the fan to a fan header. I have now done it the right way...........Connect the pump to a fan header and the fan to the CPU fan as shown in this clip. My temps are low 30's idle and the most it hit was 60 degrees with Prime95 after 1 hour. 2500k @ 4.5Ghz @ 1.36v. Amazing cooler. Just remember to do it the right way lol :)

  • Does this have liquid inside already?

  • @monkeyfire5 Yes.

  • k3v1nfbr@ This installation video is wrong. Connect the pump to the CPU fan header and the fan to any fan header.

  • I need help. My Temperatures are VERY strange!

    Idle: 37°C

    Battlefield3: 38-42°C

    Prime95 1H: 45°C

what the fuk is wrong with my H60 ? the temps are good but...i used 3 different temp. reading programs...same result

  • @k3v1nfbr those temperatures are good...theres nothing wrong with it.

  • @k3v1nfbr what exacly is the issue? your temps are normal

  • @5bmark these temps are normal? good :)

  • @k3v1nfbr Those temps are more than perfectly fine.

  • Edit from my last post: The highest it went was 65 degrees, i was thinking of my Akasa Venom that hit 71 after 8 hours prime 95. The Corsair is a lot quieter than the Akasa too.

  • Just bought one of these coolers. Running a 2500k at 4.5Ghz @ 1.360v. Idles in the low 30's and the most it hit was 71 degrees running Prime 95 after 8 hours. Pretty good cooler in my opinion.

  • Where do you put the liquid into this thing?

  • @FMMProductions already has liquid inside and you cant open it

  • on every install video of these coolers you forget one thing...thermal paste!!

  • @radicalphantom1 Isn't the thermal compound being pre-applied on the Hydro series?

  • @zhiheng2005 Yep, and the thermal paste that's pre applied is actually better than aftermarket thermal pastes like arctic silver.

  • No thermal paste needed?

  • @Scottstimo has it already applied

  • One question: If I must replace the back fan, will it still accomplish the same task of exhausting my system?

  • But Can It Keep Up With 2/ I7 Cpus

  • so glad i got this for x-mas

  • can i install it on the top fan? (120mm)

  • @maverick7376 so long the pipes can get there it should fit on any 120 MM fan mount

  • @treebill thank you :)

  • Is thermal paste needed or recommended?

  • @TheGregEgg no the thermal paste is pre-applied with the H60

  • Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400 @ 2.7ghz

Can i use this cooler for the above processor?

  • @cooldevansh1 yes

  • @cooldevansh1 You would most likely be able to depending on the socket however i'd recommend upgrading from a pentium to around an i3/i5 for better performance, otherwise just use a air cooling heatsink.

  • @DrCookiejar So please suggest me a good i5 or i3 range processor!

  • @cooldevansh1 If you going to overclock go for the i5 2500k by sandybridge but otherwise, just find an i5/i3 in your price range and that should do you :)

  • @DrCookiejar thanks :D

  • where is the water pump to circulate the coolant?

  • @TonyBike100 The pump is inside the part that touches the processor.

  • I just got one for Christmas! But now that I've got it, the part where it's fused to the processor/mb scares me to death. I've replaced memory without a second thought, but messing with the motherboard scares the hell out of me. My knowledge of computers is OK, but hardware of this magnitude is a bit strong for me. For instance the cooler that's on there is absolutely massive. And really teeters on that little processor making me nervous about even moving it.

  • @awn263 Don't worry, just be gentle and when force is need just apply it slowly and evenly spread. If you have an Intel socket it should be very secure in its socket so don't worry about bending any pins. Will a little bit of practise and building you woun't be nervous at all. Also don't worry about a pipe exploding and water/coolant going everywhere because this cooler is all 100% closed and safe!

  • @RussScrumandRuck It's an Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9450 @ 2.66GHz

I've been talking to some people who think i can handle it, so I'm going to kick this case of bronchitis, and when I'm feeling better I'll dig in. It's got a Kingwin Revolution 12025-D CPU cooler... and it ain't small! lol. Thankx for the advice!

  • the liquid is already in the thingy right ? XD and does it need to be changed ( the liquid i mean ) never ever had liquid cooling T_T so anybody can help a noob understand :D ?

  • @bogdan19902 There's no need to add the coolant, it's already inside. And as far as I know, you never have to change/replace the coolant :)

  • @MultiDERZ thx alot for the info :D

  • my case is too small :(

  • @candycandy57 what case do you have?

  • @hokko1 a Foxconn case

  • @candycandy57 that doesnt help alot. can you say the model number and the name of the case? not just the producer

  • @hokko1 TLA436 From Foxconn

  • does it fit on a u atx asus rampage 3 gene ?

  • @wenjus Why wouldnt it? what cpu do you have

  • @wenjus

Yes Here i have the same one in-fact & this is Just some of the shit it fits LGA1156 / 1155, LGA775, LGA1366, AM2 and AM3, Your RAMPAGE is ASUS right? AMD ? then with a little Brain work & take it slow & easy it'll fit. oh FYI it's a sealed unit, no need to top up.you can buy Reservoir & clear pipes & colour the water n shit, if your an Overclocker like me its a wicked Kit, But there are Better Kits out there.

    ****://***.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=701&catid=57&rows=0

  • @CodeMeRight thanx a lot man :)

  • I dont have the cooler yet, but I think I have to take my motherboard out :( BTW I know how to

  • so is the fan pushing air out still?

  • Excuse my nabishnes but could someone tell me what setting should i put for the cooler in the UEFI (bios) I keep it on automatic is that okey? I have an I5 2500k with stock cooler on a Asrock Extreme 4 gen 3 MB. Thanks

  • where do you put the water???/ does it take any?

  • @PCbuilder1997 No it doesn not, it is closed loop.

  • Would the 600T case fit a H100?

  • @SebastianHow Yup

  • Wait, do you have to replace any water?

  • Just ordered this yesterday. Will be installing it on a i7 960. Wonder what I will be able to over clock it at?

  • That's a weird kitchen

  • it does not need any thermal paste?

  • @zuko1345 comes with it pre applied

  • I just bought this cooler and will be installing it on my system. Socket 775

  • Does push pull use standard holes on both sides?

  • i can use it in am3+ ?

  • @000Peti000 yes

  • @000Peti000 Yes, like a boss.

  • Does this work for am3 sockets?

  • On Asus motherboards make sure the pump gets the full voltage, so turn things like pwm off.

  • i installed this and the back of the motherboard where cpu is, it gets extremely hot. you wont be able to put your finger there for very long. i dont know if the H60 is effecient enough or if i installed it wrong

  • can you mount the radiator sideways lol?

  • @Andy180084 if it fits in the case then yes

  • I don't understand (well, I do), but is there any water/liquid in the cooler already? I'm a noob at water cooling :/

  • @MysteryManX22 Yes there is.

  • Does it leak? :O

  • @reme 661

I agree putting the radiator to pull air in and having an exhaust fan on the top to push air out.so u get a smooth cool air in and a warm air out airflow.also be mindful.I would put the fan in CHA_1 and the pump onto CPU_1 sockets.

  • The instructions that came with this cooler shows that the flow of air has to go OUT not IN like shows in the video. Can someone from Corsair explains this?

  • so.... the air goes IN the radiator since the coursair logo is facing INSIDE?

  • @zoni171 Same question here. The arrow should point outside (as the logo) or I did it wrong and I really need to change it fast !!

  • @Akhan72 Not sure if the H60 works the same, but the H40 manual recommends to direct the airflow inwards. You might be able to find the manual online and check if the that goes for the H60 as well.

  • @fewes17 Really ? I'm gonna write to Corsair to be sure. It's gonna be wierd, because normaly I have 1 front fan to get the cold air in, one back fan to get the hot air out... if I reverse the back fan I keep the hot air inside the tower...

  • @Akhan72 I'm guessing the reason for them recommending inwards airflow is that it's more important to cool the radiator than to remove heat from the tower. What you could do (if your case allows it) is install a fan with airflow directed outwards in the ceiling of the case. This is what I did (in combination with one fan in the front and one in the door, both blowing inwards) and I am getting satisfactory temperatures for all units inside my case.

  • @Akhan72

If you want less dust in the radiator push air from the inside to the outside. For best cooling do the opposite. It works either way but pushing warm air to the outside will reduce cooling performance. I have a H70 and the difference is very noticeable.

  • What mother board is in that tower pc

  • This or antec kühler h2o 920?

  • @Divizionn, still not understanding? ok, i will make it more simple with not much physics involved. think of hot air balloon why they use hot air?why dont they use cold instant?cuz they know only hot air will make their hot air balloon rise up. if they use cold one, their balloon will stay on the ground. so the hot air rise to the top and the cool one will more settle down bottom of computer case. if these THREE explanations are not enough then u on ur own to find the ans

  • @Divizionn, not enough? ok here some more; D = (PM) / (RT) note: it from PV=nRT and with some math involved; D for density,M for molar mass,P for pressure, R=universe gas constant, and T for temperature. as T increasing, D decreasing. which mean density of the hot air molecule getting less, it can flowing up greater than more density molecule(cool air molecules) from Buoyant Forces.

  • @Divizionn , u r the idiot. mupp33n is right cold is at bottom and hot air on top. most computer case have PSU at bottom. let me explain it a bit with physics; the hot air molecules are moving much faster and much more disorder; the chances the hot air molecules will be the top is much greater than cool air molecules. the hot air molecules always take more energy than the cool one.

  • Nabend Corsair I have a problem of one their products, I have the H40 cpu cooler it got installed but the pump makes funny noises has this been going on bissl sack:) hope you can help me further

  • It took him 8 min...? This will probably take me 3h. I haveto rempove the motherboard to get that thing underneath it because I don't have a sidepanel thing like he does... fml

  • I've a question.. the place he put biggest part of the cooler was where my PSU is.. how come he doesnt have it?

  • @Divizionn PSU is mounted at the bottom. LOL NUB! ;D

  • @mupp33n Are you kidding? How in the blue it would be placed there for me? It would burn out be cause there's no air flow hole......

  • @Divizionn You're an idiot. modern cases haev the PSU slot at the bottom with a vent hole there.

  • @mupp33n You're an idiot if u don't realize 80% of the ppl dont even have those cases.... Think before writting.

  • @Divizionn You're an idiot for not googling, or going on to any internet store and check out all the cases, 70% of em have the PSU mounted at the bottom, why? Cold air, hot air always goes up.

  • @mupp33n yea, and what did u google? Any proof? I am not believing random retards on net.

  • @Divizionn Youre an idiot. Why dont you go to overclock net and ask there.

  • @Divizionn

Any enthusiast WILL have a decent, well designed case with CPU on the bottom, and this is the market this type of product is for.

  • Does it matter if I place the Radiator and fan to the top of the case?

  • @PearlDrums1234 - i would advise mounting the radiator fan (and radiator) on the rear of your rig to draw air in and if you have a mount on the top or your case the mount a fan there to blow air out. This will help with the flow, and obviouslywarm air rises so you don't really want to be putting the radiator there, it just all helps.

  • @REME661 ok thanks for you advise.

  • @PearlDrums1234 - if you look down you can see a better explanation from kotomismaiwaifu, sorry for posting twice..... bloody kids running around, lol

  • My fucking luck, so after 2 hours my friend and I learned that the fan header (that I wasn't using for my stock cooler) wasn't working for shit, my temps at idle before were like 100 somewhere in there maybe 105 depends on the day, and my pump would turn on for like 5 seconds at the bios then turn off, needless to say (with my AMD's TJ maxx of 158 F I believe) my temps were like 145F), we swapped the fan and the pump, because we couldn't tell if the pump was on or off, because of that...

  • @xXxDANMANxXx we tried plugging the fan into one of those 4 pin things off my power supply as my friends jamming them into every possibility (got those little wires with those sharp points on the ends so you can actually plug them in but you have to have the right order) turns out he shorted my corsair fan out, i have another fan but still, also it is a BITCH to get the block on my CPU the way the tubes go, I probably rubbed off half the thermal paste, temps are the same as stock air cooling....

  • hmmm... in the instructions..it looks like the exhaust side is going towards the back.. i think they should specify that in the instructions for noobs like me..that the fan should be pulling in air

  • I see he didnt apply thermal paste, is there already a thermal compound on the on the water block?

  • @Sefveron yea i heard its really good stuff too

  • when he removed the casefan, blowing outside, he placed the new fan blowing to the inside. is this the right way to do it?

  • @Flamable3000 Yes it is, it can intake much cooler air from outside the case, whereas inside the case may be hotter due to graphics cards, HDDs.. you get the point. Usually you would use the back for exhaust, but the H60 has been proven to perform better with the fan as intake. Well spotted by the way, usually people slap in the fan as an exhaust.

  • is this pre-filled? and do i have to take the tubes off to install it on the outside of my case?

  • @TheSuperyall Prefilled yes. It needs to be inside your case.

  • @Fouge642 oh fair enough, because i thought i could put it outside, thats what the gromited holes are for.
