It's VERY sad how he tries 20 times the same (wrong) combination on door lock... I guess this could be better prepared and shorter! Or when he goes somewhere and does nothing and goes back many times during this video.

I'm curious. How did you get clearer sound? I have this version, and even downloaded a modded version where the security door opens at any password. Whenever I play them be it on a friend's PC or on a DS emulator on my Mac the sound (particularly the music) is very sloppy and buzzy. Anyone feel free to answer my question.

@querschnitt Wow! I looked it up, and tried it. It works perfectly! I played it on a PC and my DOS box, but Scummvm did the trick since it can change the sound output. Thanks for the tip!

simple all you need to do is go on google and type in i wanna play then put in a nes game u like including maniac mansion and u cn play the whole librays of games u need a hp tho (i think) only one tht wnt give virus ( i think once again)

Sure it is. You can do it with Wichael, Wendy or Syd and Razor. The only 'useless' character is Jeff.

I renenber this game, I could never get past that door on the top of the stair, the one with the alarm panel because the anti-piracy sheet was too dark to read Lucasarts could've printed that on paper that's easier to read.

I wish I could play Maniac Mansion with the enhanced PC version's graphics (with non-blue Edisons), uncensored content and dialogue and the Nintendo version's music and sounds. Especially the sound the hamster makes that my friend once wrote out as "blitt!"

hey lainofthemeteor, if you are an actual youtubepartner you can upload videos as big and long as you want. or was it with the toploader? anyway to do this is not so easy i guess. so just take it. we have the only 11 minutes

Finally found out how to do the last bit after many years,and i was so close..still leaves a few questions tho..Can it be done wiv the other characters or are they part of the puzzle?And the room above Edna's bedroom where the number is too small to read,was not needed!!Cant believe the chiansaw never got used!..even on a tree,maybe the surf dude uses it!! so many mysteries in the maniac mansion~
