when i was hacked, my actual email was hacked, the hacker changed the secret question, changed all my passwords, including my wow one. So I rang blizz billing and I was able to confirm my address/postcode ect. so they changed my email to a new one i had just made. I would buy an authenticater, but blizzard don't post to where I live, (isle of man) so I just hope it doesnt happen again. altho now, a copy and paste my email/password to avoid keyloggers.

I don't play WoW anymore(Eve is superior :V) but my tip for making your account safe, get an authenticator(The mobile one is free) and if you do get hacked, don't change your password on your computer that you got hacked on, do it on your phone or something so they can't find out your new password, then don't log in before doing an indepth virus scan.
