I'm a singer in a band myself, and that is an example of lipsync! Believe me... His voice does not change when he moves to the side of the mic, backwards, forwards - no difference.

Here it is one more time. If you see his distance to the mic throughout the song, it goes back and forward a LOT, and at the end he very close. But there's no change in the audio. And I, for one, know how a mic work, so I can tell very easily when something is lipsinc or not. Just try and watch it again, with your head out of your ass this time ;)
