Cleopatra was a hellenistic ruler of egypt. She wasn't black, and even if she was of egyptian blood, she would look more like a northern african during those times.
They are the best couple. The video with music is quite well done. I do know that the U.S. was their ultimate vision. If they had prevailed, which they ultimately did 300 years later, then liberty and respect for all cultures would have prevailed over the Roman xenophobic state. We need an accurate movie to honor these two people that their reputations were squashed by Octavian and the Romans.

And of course Pharaonic descendants who were dark skinned but not Black.Coptic Orthodox Egyptian Christians R purest descendants of Pharaohs. As 4 Cleopatra she was a descendant of da Ptolemies who ruled Egypt after Alexander da Great was dead & Greek land was divided amongst his successors. So yes Cleopatra was part Greek.HOWEVER I never thut of Mediterranean populations as WHITE

By comparison, no one alive today will be remember for more than a few decades, and certainly not on the international scale of Cleopatra. Even her death was bigger than life.
