You dont need to "decert" the i930 to put ringtones onto the phone. There are a number of ways on putting the ringtones onto the phone. 1. put a media file onto an SD card and then set it as a ringtone. another method would to you a jal loader.
I have explined the how to's on the steps to get your phone to function such as mine in the video. you must decert the phone. to decert it you need an application called sprite or sprite backup.
Decert is to remove the certificate which will block unknown applications/games to the phone. once removed you can put any app or game as long as its i930 campatiable.

put your phone back on flightmode.go back to file explorer and open spritebackup 2 and go to menu then click restore.after it shuts off and turn backs on go back to file explorer and delete spriteback up files 1 and 2.shut your phone off and turn it back on.your phone id decerted.
