I am a Conservative Jew. I wear a Kippah all the time and do my best to follow the commandments.
Orthodox Judiasm is a total life commitment. One must study and pray much of the day and eat and behave in very specific ways. It can be incredibly rewarding but it is also very very difficult. It is an important life choice to make so research it carefully and throughly.
Conversion to Orthodox Judaism is the most difficult and takes the longest. But it would be a very powerful experience.
Well, I am not sure about that. One should not equate Orthodoxy to observance. You can be Reform and yet be more ritually observant than most Orthodox. I strongly believe that observance is something you grow into. Everybody is learning all the time, and you sort of build your niche.
Jews come in three forms: Reform, Conservative and Orthodox. There are a few subcategories but basically that is it. I am Conservative but my temple is reform.
Can you become reform? Can a person convert to reform Judaism?

@theamazingplant2 I'm also converting to Reform and it is scary and wonderful all at once. I'm an older man and it is hard to change one's ways.
