I've seen some pretty detailed field dressing videos in the past, but this one has to be the best i've ever seen. Come hunting season, i'm going to remember everything i saw in this video.

It is so good to find a video of field dressing a deer actually OUT IN THE FIELD. It's easy to do it out in the yard where everything is soooo easy, and you have all these extra axes and scapels. What a bunch of BS! I field dress my deer in the field and this is what it is really about. No hanging, no tools, just you, the deer, and the knife. Job well done!

I'm a meat cutter, and I really appreciate it when the animal is properly cleaned before it comes to me. Besides, the better job you do, the less chance of having unwanted parts wrapped in your finished packages. Sometimes its awfully tempting to wrap the penis and any "raisins" that the carcass comes in with.
