  • how come those are so darn expensive. Iam a baja owner and i thought baja's were expensive but these are x2 as much .. whats the big difference 4wd?

  • @bryan12887 - Well to answer your question, They are Not that much more than a Baja. As a matter of fact the new V4 Racerunners are 1299 $ Where a 5t sells for 1299 $. MCD has the Very best quality 4x4 1/5 scale in the world today & that to is what your paying for. 4wd is a HUGE difference.

    Thanks for the comment

  • @looker2756~ do these have LSD's ??

  • @marek0086 - You can add LSD's, but the Comp model comes with Open F & R & Locked Center. The V4's are out now anyway, which are even a level above these. Look into them.

  • @looker2756~ are they just clutch style LSD's?

  • @marek0086- similar done with spring pressure.

  • @looker2756~ are the diff-centres in an oil-bath??.... like in a real car?

  • @marek0086 -

You can look up the MCD LSD & see pics of the insides. It's actually in grease. All MCD's that I know of use a grease instead of an oil in their diffs.

  • They do get very hot. Your settings sound good. The only way to know for sure is to add a temp monitor & see for sure what the temp. is getting to.

  • Back when a Nomadio radio was used, with telemetry. Around 250 was tops. Keeping the engine tuned correctly is key to keeping temps. in check.

  • Turks made the best woow MCD ROCKS

  • great car and wicked skills , cheers!
