  • WOW... ESTOY ALGO LEJOS DE HACER ESO... HASTA EH SOÑADO QUE LOGRO HACER DE PERDIDO UN SPLIT... OJALA YO HUBIERA TENIDO UN PROFESOR LOCO COMO ESE...

  • The boy must have a great posture though!!! Unless the man has sat on the boy in bone - breaking way!

  • its not mean same thing was dont to me i agree with @parteenpink just cus of were the boy comes from effects your jugement of what there actually doing well...just more ignorent people in this world. Stupid people look shit up. He dosent even look like he is in pain eather his face is tottaly relaxed the whole time...

  • that guy is mean

  • MOLESTER!

  • that.boy is really really really really FLEXIBLE!!!!!!!¡!!!!¡!!!!!!!!¡

  • This is normal in gymnastics, your body is prepare to do these kind of stretch if you train hard, maybe is incredible for a lot of people but is normal, by the way, in any moment the kid is crying.

  • OK, this IS a bit crazy, not in the stretching, but the way of doing it! Trainers should never take flexible bodies as granted rubber. He could brake this kid's bones. I know about stretching, I did gymnastics and currently do ballet.

  • Don't get the problem, I think to someone who never competed in gymnastics this may look really awful but when I was training around this guys age my coach did similar things and some which looked worse than this.

  • the ultimate tea bag

  • You're gonna break hiiiim!!!!! J/k. People, calm down. These are trained professionals and they are techniques that are used because the coach knows the capability of the gymnast. Come on, now. But DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!

  • we do the same friggen stretches at our gym! i definetly agree with parteenpink. it is all through the sport its not just these so called ''crazy russians'' being harsh, but the whole gymnasians in the whole world! it kills like hell but that just the way it goes.

btw what can u expect from the the people who work to teach kids-teens-adults the worlds most hardest sport!

  • ,,,thats just a little odd,,,

  • dude it looked like the kid didnt even care

  • Tht is soo shan to the wee kids

  • it is the usual way of doing that. our coaches did the same with us in sport aerobics

  • *Retton

  • it's that kind of dedication that lead to Russians dominating the sport of gymnastics for so long..we didn't get any good at it until Bela K. defected and trained the likes of Mary Lou Teton.

  • i seriously wish someone would stretch me like that :(

  • THAT PERSON IS STUPID CHILD ABUSE

  • Actually wish someone would help me stretch like this , it's hard stretching myself . ;c ..

  • And what's your name? BillyRay? Maybe Roscoe perhaps..... If I am inbred then it obviously takes one to know one. At least this inbred has all her teeth and a career. I'm so sorry you're too fucking retarded to do anything with your pathetic life. Let me guess your mama is you sister and your grandma and you dad is you uncle cousin and brother? Ouch that must such. Go suck your moms dick bitch

  • I'm not being racist in anyway but east europians have a more lets say hands on coaching experience that we do not have in Us/Uk so when they take it over here. They are like oh noo. Crazy russians. When they're not. It's just how they were taught when they were young and how they were taught to taught.

  • the mre flexible they are the safer they are...and eventually flexibility will decrease unless you do partner stretches like the coach

  • ummm tht's not crazy our coach duz that and she's considered nice!

  • WTF?! Since when is "Jody" a white trash name?! My name is Jody you assholes! I'm a professional dancer, and have had dance teachers from many different countries who all do this technique to stretch your body. This is far from torture. Obviously none of you people know what real accomplishment it. As for you SUPERTUD6000, I read lots of books (really books) Sorry I'm not civilized (if being a slave to technology is civilized) fuckin loser!

  • @danceurpantsoff13 whatever hillbilly.

with a name like jody, you're obviously inbred.

  • Listen this is not a cruel judgment. This is crazy as hell! I mean a gymnastics coach should not sit on you and do that kind of stuff. And the Ryan Tevlevsion Thats not true at all! Im in gymnastics and this is dumb! I mean really those bitchy coachs sometimes and bitchy people really piss me off. -.-

  • @girlsrock937 Well, you suck at it then lol. This is done to make champions, not make a hobby sporters lol.

  • @allidsarebusy Hahahaha. First i dont suck at gymnastics. I can do things that level friggin 10 can do and u know wht im level 1 right now. Ive been practicing since a year ago and already learned alot by MYSELF so rlly i dont suck at it (:

  • Are Americans this ignorant that they call this torture. Obviously the people who call this video torture have not obviously committed themselves to anything. -_- im sorry but its the truth.

  • yeah top comments are right.. but why give a shit.. I think most none trolls know this is no torture... its retarded debating.. Good streching.. aint there yet :)

  • I need a coach like that!!!

  • At first I was like OMG!!! He's killing him! Then I saw the boy was okay, and I thought. Damn I need that coach. I'm a dancer and need that flexability lol

  • are you on drugs ?what do u mean crazy.....take the kid in the play ground it will be easier there!

  • why he is crazy!?you are crazy that you know nothing about gymnastics or diving!

  • wow after reading the description i think u guys are stupid! this is normal for gymnastics obviously this kid could handle these stretches he aint no beginner if ur kids was new in the class he wont be doing the same stuff as them

  • wut do u mean crazy my coaches do this to me (im a girl)

  • @LivLoveFantage (Good for you) (We don;t care what you are...)

  • i only dance and i get this done all the time... it's called trying to improve...

  • Understanding the body mechanics of stretching is helpful. My coaches would help me do some stretching like this but only in certain positions and only to the degree where my muscles were benefiting from it and not being damaged. It is important that the muscles that are being stretched are in balance with the relaxation of the "opposite" muscles. I asked to be stretched like this or to be "sat on" because it helped and sometimes it even felt great to get some help reaching out in my stretch.

  • "Shortly after Jody took this video we decided the kids didn't really need to be in gymnastics anymore."

with a name like "jody" you can be sure they are ignorant white trash.

  • @SUPERSTUD6000 STFU... I know loads of "Jodys" And their not Ignorant white trash.. And the funny thing.. My fucking name is Jody so piss off you wee tit and go back and read a book.

  • @PandaBannaHead you said, "go back and reed a book."

only white trash do their "reedin" with books.

and usually by "book" they mean a magazine from the supermarket checkout.

    civilized people use an ipad.

    ever here of it?

and no, its not "wonna dem thik tishus wat u use to mop up your loins wit".

    you fucking hill billy.

    your name is jody, lol.

  • @SUPERSTUD6000 Read* Reading* And my name's not Jody, Just making a point. Anyway I'm not here to fight so please ignore me,and i'll ignore you. it was stupid of me to take notice of your comment and I'm sorry for what I said. I won't annoy you anymore.

  • @PandaBannaHead gtfo of here bitch.

  • @SUPERSTUD6000 OK. Leave me alone, Please. And I will leave you alne. --- Coversation CLOSED----

  • @SUPERSTUD6000 FUCK YOU! you stupid piece of shit mother fucker! you're white trash bitch!

  • My coach used to sit on us when we did those too.. But he never pulled anyone's legs up like that.. :|

  • OMG - you say you need to put in extra efforts to get extra results?? Oh, NO -- you need to do it the liberal way: sit on a couch and WISH for it!!

  • You are clearly some weak parents, it's the sport that's how things are done here. And that child with that flexibility really could have gotten somewhere.

  • yeah, you just shouldnt have called your video like that

  • That's just gross and wrong......

  • A clear case of ;"If you can't take the heat-get out of the kitchen". The flexibility is carefully build up from a young age and those coaches know what they're doing. This kid is just doing some maintenance work-it's nothing. Besides; gymnastics isn't all about "making it to the top" There's playgroups and stuff where it's all cartwheels and jumping around. don't deny your childrens' love for the sport based on a video that shows basic stretching for a kid in an elite programme.

  • He might be a pedophile..no one really know, but one thing is for sure i think his methods are in the purpose of the gymnast, not himself.

  • Are they russian? They dont speak russian?!

    and about torture...its not torture....

because if it was, then the boy could stop to visit the training...

and so can do everyone...well stop to visit...

  • Have you heard the crunch at 0.03? It looked like it was the boy's back! Ouch! I closed my eyes while i was watching this video!

  • @marylstar And then he went to a hospital, where he was re-made... stronger, faster, smarter... we can rebuild him. Wait, we don't have the technology? Ah well, throw 'em in the cryo until we do.

Welcome to glorious state of Russian Federation! Have some vodka.

  • I'm not seeing anything i didnt pass through in my gimnastics setions, and it was just a hobby. it doesn't feel as painful as it seems, the couchs knows when to stop. those parents who stop carryng their kids to train just for that are maybe spoiling a career for nothing.

  • @pollipato I do believe that it's fully up to the child whether or not they want to continue.

    When did you 'give up'?

  • Russian coaches are the best! A friend of mine's ballet teachers are awesome and very nice!

  • crazy

  • Clearly you can't handle it. Calling him a crazy Russian is fucked up. I was born and raised in Missouri....United States, and my coaches did those same things to me...and they're white. It's not torture. They pull in a strong gentle way to get you as far as you can go. Clearly the boy in this video is capable of going that far. Before you go out and make cruel judgments based off of the ethnic background of another person, you should really do your research on the training of this sport.

  • gymnastics are for girls

  • @mlgReflexezz No offense, but that is being sexes!

  • Это не Россия не хуя.

    IT IS NOT RUSSIAN >_<

  • this is torture tho lol, ive played sports all my life and never ever, even when i was that young did i need someone to pull my joints like that, what happens when u here a pop and that kid is in pain for weeks cause u done snapped his shit up like an idiot, lol hav some common sense moron i hope u felt like a dummy doin this to a kid when adults were watching you lol

  • @mlgReflexezz Retard.

  • @sindrip1 ur a retard fuck you , just like ur youtube name is retarded stfu

  • @mlgReflexezz not all sports need stretching like that...just gymnastics and dance

  • why russian?!when everybody in the video are speaking english?

  • сломай его полностью

  • Sado mazochizmus

  • Why is everyone saying russian coaches are so mean? I have russian (well really Ukranian) coaches who will yell if they get mad, stretch us, and make us condition if we dont give effort but they are overall nice people. Not like coaches in China, they still care about our health and careers.

  • people say that russian coaches 'torture' their athletes, but then again look at how great the athletes compete every year for pretty much every sport! No wonder they are so good at what they do. and if its really torture i dont think the kids would even be doing the sport after, they obviously don't hurt the athletes too bad

  • @NinjaGurrlable I agree.reports also show that russian coaches are VERY careful with their talents.even holding them back when there's the slightest chance of injury. Different from the US, where it's more;Suck it up- the last leotard standing makes the team. Jordyn Wieber's coach has made remarks about the ammount of repetitions Marta had the girls do-even with worlds only days away. I admire the work-ethic but the US has on average a higher injury-rate than any other country.

  • omg

  • Ele me lembra meu professor u.u

  • okay that's not a bit crazy my coach stretches me in the same way. I believe it happens to every other gymnast as well. The video uploader does not know what he's doing.

  • that's not crazy :D everytime i have my gymnastic practise, our coach stretches us the same way :D yeah, it hurts but it helps you get more flexible :)

  • Crazy Video uploader doesn't know anything about exercise, only potato chips

  • that's routine for our kids.. none of them complain either

  • Shut up guys my American coach does this too besides if he was hurtin he'd be screaming bloody murder!

  • Sandusky isn't Russian...

  • ya vieron al chico de atras oliendose

  • OMG, if that guy sat on me like that, I'd go spank him and fly out Q_Q heh..

  • If he was hurting that boy, everyone in that gym would know it b/c he would be screaming bloody murder.

  • i have a coach whos amercian, and he does the same thing...

  • Penn States gymnastic program

  • yes, to smell your armpit stick ur fingers in there then smell your fingers.. thts what you should do :P

  • every thing is crazy he could break his spine!

  • umm... is that good for your limps wtf ?

  • cruell f.in rissians

  • @StrangeSmarties lol, you should see what kind of things our americans do to the youngs olympic team

  • I'm an elite gymnast and my coaches do this to us all the time it's not painful if your flexible it feels good actually again only if your flexible.

  • why won't they?

  • Know tht they have a choice to quit

  • it's great how people who have never been into sports professionally, always be so suprised when they see howw hard you have to work for a good result..and then they say 'ooo, that's torture,etc'..think about that next time your favorite sportsmen/club doesn't win..and you'll appreciate their effort much more..

  • @PlesnistudioSARA i understand what u mean, but thats not really "hard work" thats just stretching?

  • @bbbree1616 totally agree and very agressive streching that boy looks like pizza dough being prepped

  • @bbbree1616 Stretching isn't hard. They start slow, and then progress.

Granted, we don't stretch all that much in TKD and the instructors only get involved with doing 'resistance training' slightly. However, it probably has to do with the 'ramifications' of what would happen if a stretch went wrong.

An injury during sparring on the other hand? Bah, it comes with the sport.

Stretching isn't any more injurious than sparring, let alone acrobatics. Probably less.

  • @PlesnistudioSARA Wooww Mrs. Professionalism has arrived,, the fact is and I guess no one here will let me lie ,,,,there are no professional people sticking around here cuz they might be busy in professional stuff no time for fooling around as you ...dumb ass!

  • he is a pedo :/

  • Sometimes we have to do this in dance. Its not that hard.. That is if your strechted right.

  • He can suck him self off....No doubt about it..

  • I used to be trained like that when I was a young gymnast, and it was in France. It didn't shock me, but my parents didn't want me to keep practicing gym after seeing one of my practice (like this one).

  • Looks pretty normal to me. Though my whole life I was trained by Russians.

  • insane. no way is my child is going to be subjected to the risk involved with this aburdity

  • i bet his ass is alot more streched.. ha ha

  • كسر الورع

  • theres nothing crazy or intense about this ! its not like they have no flexibiltiy at all and the coach forces them down , this child is obviously capable of doing this .

  • In soviet russia we stretch you

  • Wrong on every possible level :/

  • They are torturing little kids, American coaches are much better

  • @doubleaeequals3 american coaches suck

  • @doubleaeequals3

most of the American coaches that actually produce champions are originally from another country. gymnastics isn't torture when you train your body to be able to do this, it doesn't hurt, and it's not torture..

  • ouch! and i thought my stretching is bad lol! xx

  • а вы хули думали ? это вам не сендвичи в макдональдсах жрать.

  • Chinese Gym Teachers Are Horrible I Would Hate To Do That!

It Makes Me Sick Thinking About It!

  • that looks painful

  • "CRACK"....0_0 ....ohhhhhhh fuck....nice work out, i'll see ya tomorrow

coach sprints out of the gym

  • thats how me and my camp counselor used to shake hands

  • I am ex-gymnast and my coach mademe that with 7 years. It hurts the first time, the second and even third but after a routine, painless and normal notes.

  • omfg

  • Bernie Fine, & Jerry Sandusky would probably LOVE this job LOL:)

  • yo that shi don't look legal..

  • Russian subhuman torturing others ...they are famous for that .

  • I guess all the work and stretching will get you a body like red shorts has

  • If the kid doesn't stretch well he could get hurt. the coach is not crazy lol

  • I have Russian coaches, and that's completely normal 0.0

  • OMG at 0.23 the boy in the top left corner of the screen smells his armpits yyuuucckkk

  • @1scoobysteve1 lol that was nasty

  • @1scoobysteve1 omg he does!!!!! ahahahahahahahahahah!~

  • @1scoobysteve1 LMAO HE DOES!

  • @1scoobysteve1 W...T....F...?

Anyone call a pyro? Yeah, I want you to burn it. TO THE GROUND.

  • No pain = no gain, and that's just not a funny line!

If you want to become the best, you have to practice more and better than all the others who also want to become the best. If you're nor comitted? Well, fine, good for you, Good luck in your careeer in scrapbooking!

  • This is how I had to quit karate, because my mom came to see my 3rd and last training... Just overreacting... Sport is the best!

  • You people are overreacting big time! This doesn't even hurt!

  • @tashajeffrey768 to some people it does hurt.

  • esta chido el entrenamiento pero recuerden que todo sacrificio en la vida tiene su reconpensa

  • ... What is so crazy about it? ... If you are clueless a bout gymnastics or lack common sense maybe it might seem crazy. No pain no gain... yet the kid looked completely not bothered by it, he probably has to do it 50 times a day.

Just like if you took partial arts for cage fighting you would be beaten with rubber sticks, so your muscle would be able to withstand a hit. I can bring countless examples....

If this is to much for you doesnt mean others wont do it.

  • The flexible body is required for accident prevention.

  • no pain no gain :))

  • This does hurt, but this is gymnastics, one has to be flexible and this is a regular exercise to get flexibility, nothing wrong about it.

  • I wanted to cry! I can't even do a fucking excercise like that, and I'm like 14! Must be hard on the kid.

  • i hope you teatcher she was hot hhhhh

  • so this is what all that fuss with sandusky was about?

  • Took this video? Did you record this at your school? The boy didnt look in pain or anything, but why does he have to be shirtless xd .

  • wtf thats fucked up

  • thay are not object they are people

  • Clearly the coach wouldnt do that if the boy couldn't handle it.

  • That's how it's always done when you want to help a flexible kid to improve, there's nothing "crazy" about it.

  • he llok like he gtting raoed the lil boy

  • He gonna break that boy's back!!!

  • if he didn't warmup he could of have pulled a muscle

  • To everybody this is NOT normal he could just push him down! Did anybody notice the guy in the back sniffing his armpit?

  • Wow! That's painful to watch.. I dunno if that's a normal part of gymnastics training, but ouch!

  • i'm from a dance and gymnastics background, and this is totally normal gotta push yourself to be the best. i've also dabbled in different martial arts, where again this is totally normal

  • Désolée de te dire ça mais , en tant que gymnaste , la gym c'est un peu ça ! Pour réussir il faut souffrir et en voilà la PREUVE ! Mais bon on me l'a déjà fait dans mon Club et .. Ouch !!

  • He's a good coach...probably not even pulling a Sandusky.

  • @2053tee hahahahah

  • He wouldn't have done that to the kid if he didn't know the kid could do that. Obviously if the child had never been stretched that way before and couldnt do that, he would have pulled a muscle or worse. He probably didnt even feel pain

  • @MissZumba100 I'm a dancer too - have been for ten years. Obviously, you don't go to a proper dance academy if they don't do this sort of stuff to you. THEY WANT TO EXCEED. To exceed, you need to take whatevers come at you, and whatever it takes. You need flexibility to be a proper gymnast as I know, and due to their young age, they are stretching their muscles into place to increase the flexibility when they are older so their limbs and shit are able to be rotated properly and yeah. K?

  • @MissZumba100 I dont wish I could dance not saying dacing isnt good just i am a male... I do Parkour... and i'm fairly good.. also yoga is practiced by nfl, nhl, nba, olympists, pro rugby players and much more... so your statement is far from true yoga is actually for people who are very talented and want to improve flexibility for redecued risk of ingury and overall more musclar strengh. sure some people do some research on yoga before you bash it, I never bashed dacing. Your ignorace is bliss

  • aww nasty wtf u can see hiss nuts through 0:24-0:27.

  • @lilgmantexas LMAO

  • @lilgmantexas Thats a guy thats not afraid to show what hes got lolll

  • @MissZumba100 Clearly you don't know gymnastics or ballet, or any sport that demands good flexibility...

  • This used to be my gym coach. Best coach I ever had. Cпасибо Alexey!

  • dosent suprise me hes from russia

  • Teabagg.

  • There's nothing wrong here, I had to do that every day when I was 8 in my gymnastic team. It doesn't hurt at all once you're used to be that flexible. Up to this day [I'm 16] I can do 3/4th of that flexibility
