@LorenzoTheMedici ahhh but the thing is, computers solve rubik's cube differently. Computers use a much faster method than humans do. Thats because we like to visualize while solving. Hence, we do 1 layer, 2nd layer, and 3rd layer, whilst the computer does not care

@DevastatingDemise its not really because we like to visualize, its because we can't compute all the complex algorithms from all around the cube the same time like the computer can ;D

the i phone is probally one of the single greatest achievements in technology available to the public as of now. Nice video by the way, and for all of your who need to cheat to solve it, it takes about 2-4 hours depedning on how fast you absorb information to learn how to do it

I know how to solve the rubi'ks cube myself, but still found this very interesting. i used several cube cheaters before i knew how to solve it, and they all basicly gave algorythms for the standard layer by layer method.

whats amazing is that the cube app on the iphone comes up with a god algorythm (an algorythm that will solve the cube in the least amount of moves, for those of u who dont know)

and for those who cant solve it, i recommend you learn to do so. its not at all hard. :) 5stars

I got it for my iTouch yesterday - it works perfectly. I did it four times and it was between 20-22 steps each time. Now if I could only get that time wasted in the 80's back :-)

I'll admit I haven't had any coffee today but isn't this video filmed in a mirror image? Counterclockwise instructions result in seeing the person turn in a counterclockwise fashion. lol

Nice catch! Yep it was filmed in mirror image on accident due to my webcam software defaulting that way. I didn't notice until it was too late :)

this is sweet...only problem is that my cube has the blue and white across from each other. so you can't have blue up while facing white and vise versa.
