  • wtf is this.?

  • Well alot of times goal keepers make a save with one hand because of poor technique, but some times (if you've ever been a keeper) you know that a one handed extension can sometimes help you stretch just a bit farther. And if you can't catch it, you can easily deflect a ball out wide with hand. (but that is how I broke my arm lol)

  • i was tought to save the ball with both hands out,how come every goalie i see saves it with one?!?

  • @splitsuckle117 Because they have bad technique, or they're all reaction saves but I doubt that.

  • fuck that grass is long and messed up

  • not quite what i was loking for but this could help sharpen my skills

  • Okay. And where can I find the "34 Gollie Drills"??? May I download them from somewhere? Thank you.

  • they look like real pro's

  • these arent that good

  • when one on one with an attacker either wait for them to take a long touch and dive at the ball or wait for them to get closer without roushing up leaving the goal exposed and rush up when they are about middle of the penalty box making them shoot around you and hopefully wide of the goal posts

  • Hi. I want to be a professional goal-keeper.

Some of you are. If you could help i would like to know how to react if the forward is 1 on 1 with me.

  • I am far from a professional goalkeeper, but whenever I'm 1 on 1 with the foward, I try to fake them out till they get closer, then dive right at the ball. Get ready to catch it, because often they see what your doing, and try to kick it at the last second, which will most likely go right for you.

And even if it does go in, dont sweat it. Your defenders shouldnt of let it be 1 on 1 in the first place.

  • why is it that they use retard keepers to demonstreight it makes there vidieos look worse they look two soft to be a good keeper you have to train much harder than them little drils theres no point ling on te floor and catching a ball because how often does that hapen in a game its much harder than that in a game so you must train to game standard to know what to expect

  • reece123safc...you are a moron... if you look...they are doing ab work while working on catching the ball. anything a goalie does should involve the soccer ball and there hands/and or feet.

plus this preview was showing basics to more advanced.

  • You let a goal thru with your average moments Met - running others down to make yourself feel good - own goal little man!!

  • im a freshman and im already playing varsity football. dis video is all bullshit, if u want to be a good goalkeeper u hav to do da best u can and u got to work on it every day.

  • goalie is my life

  • mine 2

people say I can go all the way :D

I need to get a team though.

All my schoolm8s are begging me 2 join theirs.

  • oh good for you

  • man! i am an professional goalkeeper and i dont need these skills. goalkeeping is in my blood. for all you goalies out there you may never know what could happen in a game ,these skills would not help me .the most important part in gaolkeeping is DIVING!

  • Diving is only used as a last resort ,because once you dive you're committed and you can't change your mind if the shooter does something else.

  • the most important things about goalie keeping is feet work and being able to catch a ball.

diving is only a last result...some professional you are.

  • start in center of goal on the line. shuffle to one side, touch the post. at that time have someone roll the ball to the opposite post and you make the diving save. another. stand with your legs apart, facing someone, have them roll a ball through your legs with good pace. spin around and make the save covering the ball.

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • go to SoccerPlus Camps if u rly want a good "grueling" workout! pressure training 2x while ur there 4 3hrs each!

  • 23-27 = Very good drill!

  • Those Are For Beginners !

It's Just Too Easy , And Your Korridination Is The Most Important , Try St. Petersberg Goalie Academy .

    Thats Good Traininq

  • @bachXD it's just the basics it wasnt what i was looking for iether but i go through this stuff every training session and my skills are sharp

  • I'm a goalie too, but I can't practice much with my team because we only have one coach,(no goalie coach) so I get about 30 minutes of shots per week. Does anyone know a good goalie drill that doesn't require another person?

  • get ur dad to help ya, if hes not around then ask some of ur soccer buddies.its possible with one friendbut u wanna at least get 2 guys to help ya out cuz u can get used to the way someone kicks the ball at ya really quick. the only thing i can think of that u can do by urself would be like lifting some weights, like over ur head and side to side, that helped me alot.

  • this is for 1 v 1

get two balls put one ball dive length to your and the other dive lenght to the right run out to inbetween the balls dive left then right. only one i can think of sorry
