dont understand low Gas/oil prices- It's $2.10in my area in Northeast, down from $4.50- we use heat now as fall/winter approach-therefor, increase demand, by a lot. Oil should rise. 50+ million people live in a 300 radius from me alone, and its gonna get cold here
