If you wear a helmet then you are most likely going to hurt something else. It's safer for me not to wear a helmet while skating, cuz you shouldn't need one if you know how to fall right, roll out of it, or catch yourself. You would have to be retarded or have no coordination in order to crack your head open while skating.
