I'm not English, but I see your point. When people keep repeating something it surely comes from the subconsciousness trying to get the words out. If you have time run reverse speech on his speeches and hear what happens. Look up G.W.B.S's reverse speeches. He keeps repeating the same sentence in different speeches when reversed.
