Iv'e had mine for about a year now. Fantastic bike, only issue with this bike is the fuelrange. It is extremely thirsty this bike.

is it a good idea if i trade in my yamaha r1 2007 for a cb1000r?
im kinda getting tired of superbikes. im thinking of a more relax ride like this bike.

@naeemkawa Duh, the bmw 1000rr is a supersport race bike, clearly a different category from a naked standard.

@naeemkawa It's not designed to compete with the S1000RR, which is a superbike. This is a streetfighter.

i wear jeans when i ride but i wear an icon knee pad underneath
a normal cbr1000rr engine already has massive midrange from 5K-10K, it even beats the bmw s1000rr, which focuses all its power up top.
