  • Good job sir! Haha..I've been playing for 1 year on royal conservatory and im on book six, working on this piece! I'm 12 :D

  • Very nice! Thank you. (TS)

  • He played that absolutely beautiful!

  • Lindo ...

  • I love this music and you play it perfectly!

  • Really fantastic, by merely listening to the first few notes of the Adalita I cant doubt the quality of the performer and the guitar

  • Bravoooo

  • djseo1....

I picked up the classical guitar at 28 and have been playing for a year now, about 2 hrs a day, sometimes a lot less. Have a full time job as well. As long as you commit to the instrument you will grow faster than you could ever imagine. Don't keep assessing where you're at....just play and watch yourself grow. You can't rush it anyways...it's a natural growth. The point is not to get to a certain level, but to have the instrument in your life. And you WILL get really good.

  • What feeling! Excellent!!!

  • 5/5 performance!

  • The guitar appears to be 'Brahman' - from Korean Luthier Woongsoo Gwak. Is that right?

  • If I pick up classical guitar now, quit my job (although I don't really have one) and practice all waking hours, will I ever be able to play like Daekun (before my aging body fails me)? I am in my mid-40's. If the answer is yes, I will do it.

  • @djseo1 First you work to live, second you have a hobby to enjoy life. Things loose there enjoyment when there is no food on the table, and you can't pay your electric bill. Besides the question is never how good you get, it's how much you enjoy what you do gain.

  • Wonderful, a master displaying his art.

  • Thanks Daekun - I'll be using your Adelita left hand fingerings for my students.

  • Che cuore!!! a mio parere la migliore versione di Marieta in circolazione.

  • This beautiful Adelita was loved by so many guitarists and I still respect her ;-)

  • tocadel carajo este señor tremendo musico

  • Incredible performance...stunned!

  • Wow, both pieces are fantastically done! Great tone and feeling.

  • Bravo Maestro! Absolutely beautiful.

  • wonderful!!!. this was great i like your form of fill the music

  • Exemplary. These pieces are in my guitar books, and now I know how they should be played.

  • suberbe...

on ne peut rien dire de plus...

  • wow. Beautifully played :)

  • hi folks

I am lookin for the tab of the 2nd tune call mazurka. I download it but it is diferent than what is played here.

  • lots of feeling and very clean. Thank you for sharing.

  • Wonderful! 5*

  • Dae Kun play Tarrega better than anyone I have heard on this site.

  • agree!

  • but AndanteLargo also shows good performance and expression. see his video

  • Very beautiful and expressive!

  • Superbe interpretations! Bravo! I am really impressed by your left hand, so relaxed while playing, it means hours and hours of practice. You really deserve the best comments!

  • beautiful playing!

shows off all the magic of Tarrega's music..

  • mega brilliant

  • Enjoyed very much. Tarrega would indeed smile I believe! Facial expressions don't mean a hell of lot when you are using the heart to listen. Need to re-filter the audio for the post and get rid of the annoying overtone of the recording microphone.

    Regards

    Matthew.

  • Very very nice expression there!!..Fantastic!,.Francisco Tarrega resurrects!!.. u

  • i like your face expression ha..ha

  • Excellant, Tarrega Im sure is looking down

on you, such a soft approach to his beautiful music.

  • nıce job.....congratulations..

  • Full justice to the piece!Keep it up man!

  • Tarrega certainly knew how to write for the guitar!

  • He is touching the perfection! Realy wonderful his interpretation, with such a great filling of the sound ... Mihail

  • Grande apresentação! Boa técnica, firmeza, precisão, clareza e pronúncia correta de cada nota. Parabéns!!!

    Wisley Vilela

  • Absolutely fantastic!

    What a great player!

    Gus.

  • You helped me to learn this song

  • !!!

  • damn hella feelin himself

  • adelita remix write and wiev

  • tipini sikimm

  • Too eager for emotion. I think all feeling is lost. The balance of the heart and mind is a testy equilibrium.

  • Right on!

  • It's him, not she. He is Korean. Absolutely exquisite performance!

  • Recently got to know this intepretator got around twenty contest awards in Europe and Mehico, 3 winning and arwarded in competitions of Taregga in Mardrid and Sor in Italy. Surely awarded some funds, man ^^.

  • Very instrument is voice. This guy know how to sing without voice. See how he treat his Gtr. Gtr has small sound, player doesn't much lean on volume changes and make sound as loud as possible. This this guy make us pay bill to all in our ears to the hall of guitar. He doesn't care whether the adience at the end row might fail to chatch to Matrix Bullet-Air

  • lol matrix bullet air!

  • WOW!!! What a trio and so beautifully played. The best Marieta I've heard to date. Bravo!!

  • Thank you. That was beautiful.

  • "How To Make A Warhorse Mean Something"...

That was excellent, sensual and full of expression. Dance- like. Excellent tone and dynamics.

  • Thank you for playing this with so much feeling.

Thank you for taking the time to learn how

to project these qualities out to us.

Thank you for not relying on technique and tone

alone. Most players do this and it doesn't work.

You added the rubato, phrase flexibilty and

the meanings came across so clearly.

  • Excelso¡¡¡ Hermoso. Felicidades

  • Tarrega IS the father of spanish/Classical guitar as we know it 2day :) (In my oppinion)

  • Tarrega was truly a great composer. Probably the best for classical/spanish/romantic guitar.

  • Simply wonderful!!! She's an artist.

  • ... She?

  • The guitar player appears to me to be a she. My apologies in just guessing the gender at first look. I am not used to oriental names.

  • Who cares whether you are or are not used to oriental names. That is irrelevant!!!

  • excuse me but there are no confusion possible! He looks like a man lol! watch out before getting a new girlfriend...named robert!

  • you really enjoy every single note, thanks for this awesome video

  • Thank you.Wonderful.

  • Me recordaste al Maestro Andres Segovia, tienes un magnifico futuro, Sigue adelante, felicitaciones

  • bad ass technique

    fuckin awesome tone

    u own

  • Deakun,

You play beautifully and with great feeling. Thank you for the performance.

You might post more of your videos.

    Best Regards,

    Dr. Huang YuJin

    ps: Who made your guitar?

  • wow amazing dude. you inspired me to learn the mazurca en sol out of the grade 8 conservatory books. its also good great post cuz it's great referance material to learn the song

  • your play just like a dream .

    i love it 5 stars

    adil

  • with the way you played... you deserve a bigger audience than that.

  • You have to be a professional! No other way somebody can play so perfect.

  • r u kidding me? he IS a professional player. He won several competitions.

  • Yes, I found out later.
