A problem with my ipod touch motion sensor

My tilt is broken to like all the way broken I can't even play codwaw cause it will play but it pauses in the middle of the game and I'll have to push play again And again and again

hi long time ago that happened to me i was so sceared when my friend passed my ipod touch to me i droped it then it works. today it happend to me agian i hit the ipod and only side will work if i hit it agian the other side work so i just turned the ipod off and on it works

I found out how to fix it all you have to do is go to settings go to general and scroll to the bottom and go to reset and go to reset all settings and it will show a white bar and when it's done loading your iPod or iPhone will restart and your done it's so easy I had the same problem so give it a try

@Haileeification This was the perfect solution for me. My Ipod touch is outside the guarantee period and Apple provided me with the address of a repair shop, this shop told me that the do not repair accelerometers. That sucks, but this solution did the trick for me, thxs Haileification

@jamesbond9651 actually i dont know.... well u should just go to apple store and give ur ipod to them and give half of money for new ipod then u get a new one :)..........

Restore to latest firmware fill up completely with songs then restore again this will overwrite any jb data most apple stores wolnt go into detail so all you'll need to do is restore and go complain. Otherwise you'll have to tear apart the iPhone/pod then manually replace the part, voiding your warranty.

the apple store in my area is an hour away, dont really feel like driving that far, and yeah i have this same problem but mine doesnt work on the left or right side and i never even jail broked it. is there any way to do this manually???
