  • Okay guys, I've now had a couple of days to mull over this question and I have a definition that works for me.

Mental health: As emotions, both comfortable and uncomfortable, come and go there is a sense that underneath all that emotional activity there abides a sense of 'inner calm'.

  • The second part of my definition is that when there is inner conflict (and of course there will be) then you .....

    1. Have to recognize the symptoms of inner conflict (physical, emotional, cognitive etc) and then....

2 Have or find the resources and resourcefullness to resolve the conflict in a manner that respects both yourself and others.

  • I've really been enjoying your vids and your websites my friends. Lots of good thinking going on around here. That's refreshing.

I'm an NLP'er who has trained with Rob't Dilts, Connirea Andrea, Lara Ewing, Charles Faulkner and others.

I also have a deep respect for and lots of use for Clean Language, EFT and many other ideas and methodologies.
