No sir. Ya its got a v8, ya its newer, but for pure handling and power to weight ratio, the e36 triumphs.

No, the E92 has the V8, the e46 was the last model using the 3.2L producing 333 HP, the e36 also used the 3.2 but made 240 hp.

No it doesn't.
The 95 M3 had a 3.0 I6, and the 96-99 M3s have a 3.2 I6. I have a 98 M3.

Wrong. The driver cannot control the m3 properly, the tires are barely barking.

He's actually right. The E46 M3 is a stout package, but the S2000 will take it in the twisties.

I've been racing for 6 years now after professional lessons. I can tell you from experience the m3 will win if it had a good driver behind the wheel.
You could say the same about both cars.
