  • I well remember buying Lush's first album. This came out soon after and was much better produced. Absolute killer melody this one.

  • I remember specifically by the mid 90s bands stopped sounding like this. It was fun while it lasted.

  • This whole era was totally overlooked in the great scheme of things. Shame.

  • Shoegaze was one of the best things going in the alternative scene in late 80s/early 90s.

  • I LIKE THE BRUNETTE GIRL!!!!!!!!! WHATS HIS NAME?

  • saw them in high school...unforgettable - definitely a major part of the soundtrack to my youth

  • I love how shoegaze (best genre ever made :p) has had the hottest babes in music as well.

  • maybe their best tune ever!

  • It would have been cool to see a double biller with both My Bloody Valentine and Lush.

  • Wow, so happy I found this one. I loved Lush so much, and had a mad crush on Miki. I once lit a ciggy for her; that I will always remember.

  • Perfect video + Music

  • Where the hell did this sound go? I want it back! I want to put this music in movies that matter! This is some sexy sensual romantic stuff. Bloody timeless!

  • @harkyo Agreed

    Mika where are you?

I loved this band (have all their albums) and want to hear some new music.

    Lush please come back

  • most underrated shoegaze band.

  • these guys always got unfairly compared to My Bloody Valentine or Slowdive ...both of whom are great and deserve all the praise they got ... but i wish Lush got more props than they did.

  • I hate it when bands morph into other gendras. Lush was a premeir SHOEGAZING band that sought a harder edge in the early 90's (aka Ladykillers). I adore the 80s because there were thousands of 'scenes' you could slide in and out of. Tired of Goth? Go Mod. Tired of Mod, go New Wave. Tired of New Wave, go JanglePop...and on and on and on. There are no 'scenes' today---just RAP and post-post alternative. How sad!!!

  • @Armydicked I agree; I've run the gamut myself, wouldn't change a thing about the 80's...'today''s music/youth culture blows

  • @Armydicked we jokingly referred to girls that went from Goth to Mod overnight as MOTHS.

  • @kickballjedi NICE !!

  • Great on video, was even better in person. Glad I saw them back in the day!

  • still one of my favorite songs of all time

  • Terrific music...

  • @Ignacio916 Why is it terrific? Because they are really good! lol :)

  • best band ever

  • 1990 Miki = dream girlfriend

  • @BearWindAppleyard Not just 1990, every year.

  • @BearWindAppleyard Emma = dream girlfriend.

  • @Hastur876 both real cute in this

  • @BearWindAppleyard Emma was always the darker scarier one.

  • there will always be a special place in heart for this band

  • Gosh! i love this band

  • Haven't seen this in awhile. Takes me back to the good old days of MTV's 120 minutes.

  • good stuff. New to me but I love the band "The Sundays", this is in the same style. Thanks for posting!

  • would like to have the tabs on this and more of their songs...they sure don't make music like this now,

  • Classic!

  • sharon o'neil words

  • Just remembered this one. First Lush song I ever heard.

  • @scooteratreides Same here!!!

  • always will be my favorite band
