It seems some steps got skipped, and as such, Mabhouh was still innocent at the time of his death. He had not yet been proven guilty as there was no due process.

It's true, US media is deadly silent about it. They DO lie in order for their people to like Israel.
I'm saying when they attack a member of Hamas is self defence in war.
Israel is in the posission of killing ten kids to find the one with the bomb strapped onto his body with a Hamas leader holding the detonator. I'm not supporting it doing that but I can't say if my life was on the line I wouldn't do the same.

Also....what are you supposed to do when somebody is firiing rockets on your daycare from a residential neighborhood? The palestinians are the ones that bring the civilians into it.
