  • @MsQueenmina I was in my gym, and the guy in the studio was looking at me while I was filming XD He probably thought I was nuts.

  • Shared on my facebook. My gym doesnt have any risers, so I order a fanny lifter from ebay today. Also order leansecrets book and I am in incorporating the steps as I read them. Love it a new way of looking at the crap that is made. Plus I belong to a CSA which helps in the spring summer and early fall. Can't wait to update on my weigh loss healthy lifeystyle success story.

  • @durty1calhoun Oh yeah! I LOVE Kettlebells...I typically do one day of "hodge podge fun stuff" and those are the days I use kettlebells. Thanks for sharing this :)
