Now, let's save all other animals, I'm tired of this hypocrisy of saving some animals, loving some animals, but killing billions of others and eating them or wearing them.
A few less people and NO children hanging around adding to the stress of the doe and fawn would have been nice as would a veterinarian to check the fawn out before release and levers to move the stones rather than incredibly noisy jaws of life would have been preferable but all in all a fortunate outcome.

I was half expecting the momma to attack someone for getting in between her and her baby... I have never seen a doe turn on a person, but I have seen them fight one another. Rear up on their hind legs and kick the crap out of each other with their front legs- they have definitely got some power behind them.
