As I listen to this song I can't help but think of a tearful final confrontation. As the "hero" and his/her friends rush towards their enemy for the final blow they fall one by one until our "hero" makes it to the end and delivers the final blow as he/she too breaths their final breath.

The path of a true hero is marked with loss and sorrow. If you wish to be a hero you must have not strength of physical means. But strength of heart.
