  • Me personally, I generally have more energy with raw, but I simply cant workout on an empty stomach anymore, because the fuel is too clean! It doesn't stay in me overnight, at least thats what I think is happening. I like doing HIIT first thing in the morning. So I just have some fruit 1 hr before and I'm good to go! And no more coffee.

    Raw rules!

  • Natasha, I've been eating fully raw diet for 2 months now (coming from a high raw vegan diet) and lately I've noticed a drop in energy, it takes me longer to recover from my workouts, and I feel weak- everything opposite to what you mention in the video. I haven't been doing anything different, does it have to do with the raw food diet?

  • hello quickly again, to commend noting hydrating element that's inherent in pssage w/ plant channel to send us forth. sometimes it's even stronger rivulet to river by riper or more tender direct natures. i've seen amazing amount of remain fill before after bowl's opened ingedients instigates a distill themselves. leaching, vs crunching manually little or mechanically w/o secretion stimulus; so activated may be most bioactive. makes think a truth's as water not thirst again since appeasin therein

  • hello worthwhile is, raw's very much bridges advice not reluctant to go keep up even. i recall dh @ my strapped symptoms saying get active as i had but needed combustin bust thru vs his chart scratch yogurt by my vegetarian dance which expedited discovery mercury cranked or tamed by certain mixes. now dance's not semi, twice for me also. thyroid's regenerated metabolized to metabolism. green form w/ tenderized fat is lively. lemon = jps rs end lactic acid, in fusing ferment alkaline links ys

  • excellent info, but is it healthy to run 2 hours a day?? keep up the energy!

  • if you get inflammation i would reccomend taking systemic enzymes on an empty stomach in the early morning and evening. there are a few videos on youtube about them, but quite a few are trying to sell you there products.

  • yeah, I was noticing that being raw isn't getting the type of results i was getting when i first went raw. I think it's time i started to exercise. I'm just worried that my body isn't really up for the task yet.

  • A better question would be: "Will I be able to sleep with all that energy?" LOL

    i speak from experience!!

  • This is true, I'm on just live veggie and fruit juices right now at this time, and I can do more things now than I ever could before I started. And a curious thing, I should have been sun burned many times, and I wasn't! I didn't even get pink!

  • I am a runner too :D

  • Don't fermented veggies contain lactic acid? is that the same harmful acid that builds up during exercise?

  • good question, canadianwarged, I would like to know that myself!

  • 1. green juice gives me MORE energy than any "energy drink" that I used to drink in the past.

    2. I'm a personal trainer who works out every day and have a diet that other bodybuilders said could never sustain my muscle growth and energy needs.

    3. I'm not totally raw/veg, but I do know that once I transition completely I'll have no issues.

Check out rawfoodmuscle's and my channel for proof <3

  • I've been training more since I started the raw food diet. I've gone from being able to stand in standing-posture meditation (a form of Qigong - Zhan Zhuang if you want to look it up) in ten minutes a day to fifty minutes a day - in a bit over a week... I have no doubt that raw food has been supporting me hugely in that process. And I alspo have lots more energy, so there's a lot of purely muscular training as well. In my experience, raw foods and training goes hand in hand :)

  • Is it possible not to exercise on a raw food diet?

My switch to raw foods made me quit my desk job because I felt that I couldn't just sit there all day. My body wants to move and work out.

Also, eating a high fruit diet without exercising will cause health issues in the long run.

  • ***** :)

  • This is a little off topic but I love how happy you are in your videos! It's very refreshing to see among the dullness people around me have.

  • in workout you burn glucose(sugar). That means you have to refill your carbohydrate reserves. When i eat a giant sweet fruit meal after a hard workout i feel how the sugar sort of repairs the muscle and relaxes them. After it i feel strong and ready to go again. The muscles recover by eating fruit within minutes, (at least partiall recovery) Try it you will be amazed, use 2 pounds of super sweet fruit at least

  • Great information, as usual!!

You explain things very thoroughly, and that is appreciated and awesome!!

And I just love, love, love your positive, energetic personality!!!!!

  • I did some serious mountain climbing earlier today on pretty much straight fruit.

The only problem I felt later in the day I was feeling a lil sluggish. After sitting down for about 20 minutes I was fine again.

Never did stimulants before working out so not familiar with the effects.

  • You are so radiant! Thanks for sharing all of your love and wisdom!
