If BLOOMBERG really cares, get ride of all city parking permits(Teachers, PD, FD, Doctors and ALL CITY AGENCY). Note if these employees have a hardtime parking like all NYC citizens do they would use mass transit too. Trains would be safer w/more cops riding them free of charge(off duty). We also need residential parking too.
