let me know if you're still having issues with the downloads, there might be multiple ways of doing it.

Are you trying to download the whole quran through turrant or one file at a time?

Salams, There was something up with the website and I contacted them, but no one replied. I was trying to download one Surah at a time. But I managed to find it on another website that works al hamdulilah. Jazaka Allah hu khairun for helping out.
