Actually it used to be stop motion construction paper cut outs. Now it is done with an art pad for your computer and they do cg animation. So it isn't far off here now.

South Park itself is actually all cut out pictures, basically stock motion photography. But it's really cool to see a different sort of way of 'south parking' yourself, and it's much more fun!

Trey Parker and Matt Stone should SO put Val in a future episode of South Park! She could make this giant painting for the city of South Park, then Stan could vomit on it for the same reason he used to vomit on Wendy Testaburger. Cuz Val's painting made him 'feel funny.' It'd be awesome! Everybody'd think he hated the painting but he'd be like "No! I loved the painting!" and they'd be all like "but Stan you threw up on it."
