I'm with Paul's plan to "repeal" R v W by immediately allowing individual states to decide However he is always supporting our rights to Liberty and Property on the federal level, but comes up with this diluted support of our right to LIFE. All three are spelled out clearly in the Declaration of Independence and in the Constitution that these three are to be protected at the highest level of government and should not be infringed, even at state levels.

From Barron's Legal dictionary 1984 edition: "In law, and individual or incorporated group having certain legal rights and responsibilities." It goes on to say that precise definition and delineation are necessary in ascertaining who the 14th amendment applies to. In the case of unborn children, legally, they are not technically protected under the Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence.

Who's ruling no doubt effected the "definition" of "person" post that implausible decision. It took nearly 200 years from the "birth" of the nation for such a thing to even be "conceived" because they understood that a unborn child is a Living Human Being from conception. (as Dr. Paul has said many times)

@cmc2234 If you really want to get into the nitty gritty of definitions, a baby fits the definition of parasite a lot closer than the definition of "person." A baby cannot even sustain itself without its mother; in my eyes, it is not yet an independent, living person. Thus, not much more than a parasite. This may sound somewhat cold...but from an objective point of view it makes a lot of sense.
