Fjorn's Anvil used to be the best farming spot indeed (although on my server those things sold for 20-30% less than on yours, even at that time), but relics don't sell any more (and I mean not at all, not even for vendor value). Even though the Anvil might still be the best place to farm because eternal fire still sells to some degree and there's the best respawn (I didn't notice any nerf on that), I think it's just stupid that even under those circumstances there's no better place to farm.
