If you watched this episode, in the flashback scene in the beginning where you see young Shawn and young Gus, Shawn tells Gus that he's supposed to be dressed up as Billy Ocean but Gus decides to dress up as Michael Jackson instead lol.

And yeah that is them singing. They do have pretty awesomo voices. ^__^
