Great distinction Rob. Their primary duty is "peace officer" (meaning, they "keep the peace" AKA "support common law"), and therefore are *required* to protect you (the person they are hassling) until they can establish your joinder with a person AKA fictitious entity.
Also, important point about "ownership". In the current system, NOBODY owns their land or home, because they must pay a fee (yearly "property tax") to keep or inhabit the property.
They are scam artists - period.
