Sunscreen/sunblock/most crap sold at a huge profit is actually super bad for your health. Overly advertised. The research is skewed to keep people BUYING.
The American Institute Of Advanced Medicine can help! They have over 25 years experience and over 90% success rate for a varity for skin disorders including cystic acne check out theaiam.com their protocols really work!!
Their medication is FDA approved with no side effects! ** Not a scam!
wonderful reviews. i have the saaaame kind of skin. lol sometimes i wanna chop off my head, everything breaks me out! i'm def trying the one you recommended. thx
I'm on oxycycline for one month and using topical stuff with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid (clinique acne 3step) I think Im going to video response something with the sunblock I use. :-) Great video!!!
Sunblock causes cancer unless it's a zinc oxide one that rebounds ways instead of absorbing them. Or use some natural item like olive oil, coconut oil, and/or green tea.
scrub ur arms and legs with an "exfoliating" scrub/cream every day or once a week depending ont he amount of acne u have...examples of products to use are : johnson and johnson, nivea, neutorgena... or search for the natural scrub done by Robin , dr.phil's wife...that one is all natual...goodluck :)
I also have sensitive skin, freckles and red hair, so we have lots in common! Sofina UV SPF 50 White Milk is the best. It's Japanese and I get it on Amazon or Ebay. Look for the review on Makeup Alley and you'll see it has a cult following. :) Thanks for the recommendations!
Wow, I'm finding out about so many. I also read today on a skin care blog that Shiseido has a good one. I LOVE shiseido products but they do test on animals which isn't so good.
I use Aveeno's active naturals: Positively radiant daily moisturizer with SPF 30. I like it a lot more than any other products that I've used and it's light. However, I sweat a lot especially if it's hot and sunny....so I haven't found a good sunscreen that's sweatproof yet =/
I don't have acne prone skin but my friend does and she was the one who recommended the product. I don't think it clogs my pores since other products have (clinique, murad, older neutrogena product). I really like the product because it feels good on my face after putting it on...and it's 2-in-1 moisturizer and sunblock =).

Best sun screen products to use? No sun sunscreen! Get some antioxidants in your diet, try Astaxanthin

You can use Cosmic Ray Shield SPF 36, it absorbs very easily into your skin. It smells really good too, does not break me out!

Aveeno seems to have a lot of great products. Do you have acne-prone skin? I'd love to know if this one clogs pores or not.
