I worked doing cartoons in Kerala for a year and a half. A little touristy village called Kovallam, by the beach had the most AMAZING food, especially seafood! Every morning you could see the villagers go out and catch the fish you were going to eat in the evening.... all spicy and with Taj Mahal beer as you watch the sunset.
