Honestly, I find it amusing that the people who are critical of this rider make spelling errors in their comments. It definitely takes away any seriousness. Personally, I think she did a great job, especially since she rides such a large horse for her size. It takes a lot of skill to be able to execute such a big trot extension.
there's nothing wrong with the way this girl rides, and the horse did beautifully. their only downfall was the music - the beat was clearly too fast for such a big horse.
Oh, and to all the people critiquing her ride...I believe there is a reason she competes at the Grand Prix level and you do not. And if you do...I would really hope you had something better to do with your time than sit around on YouTube posting negative things.
Ooh, I loved the beginning! half-passes and one time changes... wow. I didn`t like the passage/piaffe music, though. I think it`s a bit too much. but I just loved her seat. she is a great rider!=D
The canter music was brilliant and the piaffe & passage music had personality and was exciting to watch/listen to. Bernadette & Vincent make an emotional, energetic combo. She's had to sacrifice so much to call this horse her own and you can tell that he adores her.

Have you read the back story? She really had very little time to prepare. All in all, I think it's a magnificent performance and I'm looking forward to seeing more from them.
I love this kurr. I don't see much wrong with the music! Besides the beginning...witch is a little weak...its a fabulouse match of music and horse. I like how the music is a little bit mexican. The only slight problem is her transitions are weak...and mess her timing with my music up a little bit. But , overall this is a fabulous horse and rider!
i was there! it's such a great test, a few bobbles but i love the music and the horses extensions and her time with the music is awesome. I hope they go to the world cup too!
wonderful. i love this entire routine. the music, the horse, everything. perfect. i had no idea that mexico had such wonderful riders. you don't hear much about them as far as any sports go. god, i wish the announcer would just shut up though. haha.
Very nice horse! Seems obedient and happy in his work. Routine seems to need a bit of work to smooth out, but absolutely fabulous overall! Nice to see that even ppl and horses at the top still do make mistakes - they are still human. I hope to see them in Las Vegas WEG.
music to quick to busy for horses movements hence why the horse steps back in piaffe movements but fabulous extended trot free moving. lighter enya type music will suit this horse. lots of difficult movements nice kur!!

Bernadette and Vincent were 9th overall in the Olympics in Hong Kong on Aug.19. They had a beautiful performance.
