First, just DO the exercise so we can observe it in all it's glory... THEN lay on the hardcore technical details for those who are interested. You'll retain a lot more viewers that way.
good exercise - I use this as a warm up in my class. Just a comment about this (and your other) videos - I think they are quite long for the info you are presenting. I'd do a 10 second demo to my class to show how it is done. I think the background info is interesting but you could probably shave the length down quite a bit by editing out blank space and reducing dead space. Once you get to the exercise you demo it very well and it is easy to copy.
I'd love to see this done quickly without the switching! I'm aspiring to be a monkey if that seems weird, I've got everything down right now except for the walk. And, well this is how gorilla's walk so im leaning more to the chimpanzee!
Lol i know this is weird but you have awesome vids and any tips are appreciated :D
@RhinoFeedingDude ya it could be considered for agility. ALL plyometrics are for agility. The reason y i say its for cardio is the fact that EVERY part of your body is moving and carrying some sort of weight which makes all muscle groups fire. but it can def be seen as both! good question
Dang! Too much talking...
