This Video and it’s creator are amazing!!! weather you’re into this stuff or not , it was well put together and fun to watch and learn from… Another amazing video I just discovered was (FBI-CIA ALERT, illuminatti ILLUMINATTI 1-3) This video here, I’m listing as a favorite and sharing with my subs… Gotta believe!!!! GOD Exists!!
@MacPr0xnxx0 its not, its because non-ABA students are taking it. Average ABA takers are about average with other states. California just allows many different ways to be allowed to take the test. However, those many non-students aren't qualified to really be lawyers, hence why many of them don't pass.
Maintaining some sense of physical balance is one of the keys to doing your best on a test. There is a wide range of what constitutes 'balanced' and plenty of unbalanced people do fine on exams, but it's best to try to be as well rested and healthy as possible when you're sitting for an important test.
thanks. i will have to get in a rythm of going to bed early.
have to do the ny bar in july. nervous cuz i never even imagined being in so much debt. and when i'm nervous i tend to procrastinate. then i feel i must cram. this causes me to stay up the nigths before exams. vicious cycle. i will give myself enough time this time. this is for all the marbles.
most people study for the bar for six weeks. That means 6 weeks x 7 days x 50 questions (his minimum recomendation) = 2,100 question. Jezuz Christ, make sure you have access to zoloft.
The most common mistake is to study too much and not practice enough. Incidentally, doing 50 MBE questions a day along with other preparation is child's play compared to many of the common experiences you're likely to have during the day-to-day practice of law.

What makes this test so challenging?
SirFuzzi 2 years ago
It's three days long, covers a huge amount of material, and you have to take it in the same room with hundreds of uptight neurotics!

That sounds pretty harsh.
Part of me wants to go there just to wing it to spite the system.
