just do a full restat and the admin password will go plus the pc will start as new

Why are all these videos such as this one saying "how to retrieve administrator password". This doesn't show you how to get the password. It shows you how to RESET the password! There is a difference between retrieving and resetting! As far as doing the latter, though, this video is very helpful.

You have also lost your windows administrator password and you hadn’t any other admin account than you used a reset disk from this amazing website. You can go here :

Well I got into where I could click on Administrator but I didnt get the pop up box. It gave me the txt box asking for a password?? Any ideas?

@caden070 not quiet sure, but when you would normally go to that screen without going into safe mode you have all of your accounts. When you go into safe mode click whichever account isnt normally there
