Warcraft was my ALL TIME FAVORITE game series (and still is mostly) untill World of Warcraft came out and people just started acting like they knew EVERYTHING about Warcraft existence and not even knowing there were 3 other games (and the expansions) now halo has sadly taken that's place as number one its sad to see so many Quote: "die hards" for Warcraft and not know shit about the series. at least halo fans know that there were other games before it =\

I realllly wanna play warcraft 3 :( never played it before and I played wow for the past 2 years before I quit. I got the demo and it's pretty fun, and I've fallen in love with rts games since I started sc2 so it's all great. now if only it wasn't like $20-$30 still to buy from blizzard.

and FYI, the tutorial is a magic old man called Oracle who can turn into a crow telling an orc chief (who is a character in the orc campaign) that the Lich King is coming and tells him to go to Kalimdor (which has been discovered but not settled) and the resulting adventures on how they get their ships, allies, etc.

The human starting cutscene is that same oracle warning the human king, who does not listen and has Oracle forcibly removed from the castle.

just 1 comment,correcting a lil mistake from the beginning: Illidan didn't really become the betrayer, he had become the betrayer back in the war of the first coming of the burning legion ( read War of the Ancients if you want). His actions in RoC indeed did contribute to it, but it was an extra on top of his earlier betrayal.

The LPer of this game missed a couple quests, there's a glen in the north with a villager named benedict who turns out to be a bandit and in the south there are two people who turn into additional footmen when you get close

@blickluke i just recently got back into this game and i am playing on hard, im thinking of making my own lets play of it soon, but even on hard, its pretty easy if you know what your doing. The campaign will teach you the basics of the game early on. and the missions dont get hard untill 4 or 5 missions in. but its fun and easy. if you are still having a ahrd time id sugguest doing the first fiew missions on normal then doing custom games untill you got the feel for it.
