  • my kickboxing coach has us do a wk of the bas wrkout cd's at the end of every 6 wks. love them.

  • Today i did the "Bas Rutten's MMA Workout - All-Around Fighting" of 3min rounds and DAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN i had to stop at the end of the 2nd round because i felt it in my stomach and i vomit!!!!! Then i restart it but here and there i had to stop because i couldn't no more.. .

    I guess i can better begin with the 2min all round fighting to build up.. .

  • i have thin legs. How can I get big legs? Of course eat more, but what is the best exercise? Squat, lunge, jumping, etc?? 

  • @tryandlike Eat. Sleep. Train. You shouldn't train for "big legs" you should train the whole body visely and the same time your legs are improving. If I should pick only a single excercise to do in the gym, it would be a squat. It trains the legs like mad as well as other body parts. Remember not to do sissy squats, but to squat down with a controlled slow movement untill your tights are paraller to the ground.After that, explosive push to get those legs straight. And repeat. Also do deadlifts

  • @tryandlike and also remember, your muscles aren't going to grow if you do regular squats without weights. Usually the recommended sets&reps for muscle growth are 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions. In the 3rd set and for example, your 12th rep, you should feel pretty much like dying and shouldn't be able to do more reps.

    In other hand, if you do moves like squats without any additional weights, you can do those for like 50reps--> normally. That doesn't grow muscle, it only improves your muscle fitness.

  • i have this series myself, when i'm not training in muay thai class, and at home training in my apartment, i train to his cd series. His all round fighting series, doing sprawls during combos, i have to admit made me sweat alot!
