why did they not put water on fire before they went into it would of been safer and would of saved the RV, the 2 guys standing out side the door would of not been needed if the fire was put out.
the fire men inside were lucky to escape with their lives who ever the oic was was not very good at ready smoke and note the rapidly deteriorating fire conditions occurring in which time an evac should have been ordered before the first flash over occurred
RV Refrigerators are a known area for Fires, Like mine it is a 3 way. So if the power goes out and not connected to my Truck it will switch over to Propane. Most issues when you camp or full time is Dust and bug build up. Like Bees and such. Always need to check the Flue on these to keep them clean. I hope no one was hurt. People in RV's need to install Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors.
When you see that real thick heavy smoke like that, if you dont start cooling it down it will flashover on you and those firefighters were very lucky they werent killed
I can't see what good the two guys inside were doing. While they were in the RV flames were growing bigger and not much flame reduction was noted as time passed.

I would almost rather fight a house fire than one of these things. In 24 years, I have only fought two of these, and that is plenty.
