I cant believe this version has 33 times more views than the Fred Eaglesmith original which is a million times better. This version sounds like the same old average pop country I've been subjected to since 1993. I guess it's all about being a well promoted pretty lady who's willing to stick to the formula.

A lot of people didn't like Hank Williams either, so it's kind of a compliment that main stream does't get Fred. People will listen to Fred 50 years from now, no one will remember Miranda

Sorry to be so negative in my original comment. I'm sure Miranda Lambert is a legitimate artist in her own right. It just burns my biscuits to see someone as talented and devoted as Fred linger in obscurity for so long.

The police chief in the city by me has made it publicly known that any one openly carrying (which is legal) will be put on the ground, disarmed, and questioned. And it has been done. And the PD in another city by me, has made it a disorderly conduct offense to open carry in public to get around the law. Don't be so naive to think that government is not terrified of citizens carrying guns. That's a good thing.
